power bank not work

I bought a new power bank yesterday and it just wouldn’t charge my Android phone , what should I do?

    I bought this power bank yesterday and I tried it on today , and it refuses to charge my phone while it works fine on iphone. My phone is a Android phone. I just worried it might be damage my phone or its dangrous when i charge my phone

    Can you post a little more information, please? Did you charge the power bank before trying to charge your phone?
    What make/model is your power bank? Did it come with instructions? Are you using the correct connector?
    before you use power bank, please check or ask people weather it is safe. because sometime it could damage you phone.
