Hi, what are the combined toll fees for a car with a trailer from Joburg to Polokwane?

Yet, this is for a car only. I’m not sure on the trailer.
Unfortunately the above fees are outdated and the calculator on Drive South Africa is no longer working.
Here the new toll fees as of 2019 according to SANRAL for light motor vehicles / minibuses and light delivery vehicles:

Carousel: R56
Kranskop: R45
Nyl: R58
TOTA:L R171
(the above excludes prices for e-tolls in the Johannesburg area)
